Context
A family PPOB business needs a lightweight way to record daily activity and see income and expenditure across practical operating periods.
Problem
Replace scattered manual calculations with one internal workflow for recording transactions and expenses, grouping them by category, and reviewing business reports.
Constraints
The application is an internal business tool. It must remain quick to use during daily operations and keep the main recording actions immediately accessible.
Architecture
The current product surface is organized around transactions, expenses, categories, reports, settings, CSV import, quick-entry actions, and an AI assistant.
Decisions
The dashboard puts daily recording first, then presents today, week, and month summaries for income and expenditure. CSV import supports existing operational data.
Outcome
GriyaLapor is deployed as a live internal web application for the family PPOB business.
Learnings
The current interface prioritizes rapid entry and visible operating summaries over a dense general-purpose accounting surface.
